The need
LFT+ installs, maintains, inspects and modernises elevators. It needed a corporate site in Georgian and English that collects quote requests and contact messages and lets the team manage its portfolio and leads.
The site
The Next.js 16 site has six service pages (installation, dismantling, maintenance, scheduled maintenance, inspection and modernisation), a portfolio, FAQ, a price calculator and a contact page, with Georgian as the default language. The quote modal and the contact form save to Neon Postgres through Prisma and post to n8n in parallel, so a request goes through if either side succeeds. A sitemap, robots file, generated Open Graph image and JSON-LD cover search.
Admin and hosting
The admin panel manages portfolio projects with bilingual fields and images, leads, messages and tracking scripts (GA4, Search Console, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Clarity and TikTok), each switched on or off. Sign-in uses HMAC-signed cookies and bcrypt, and images upload to Vercel Blob. The site runs on Vercel at lftplus.ge, with database migrations applied on every build.
