Overview
Architected an end-to-end digital ticketing and resort portal for Gino Paradise Tbilisi, one of Eastern Europe’s largest water parks, spa centers, and leisure complexes. The portal streamlines daily pool passes, VIP spa package bookings, fitness memberships, and event venue rentals.
Objective & scope
Strategy focused on eliminating physical ticket queue friction and maximizing online pass sales. Integrated dynamic QR e-ticket generation, seasonal membership pass managers, family bundle builders, and express checkout pathways.
Technical execution
Engineered high-concurrency transaction processing, automated QR turnstile integration, real-time ticket inventory controls, and mobile wallet pass support.
UI/UX design & interface
Shifted 75% of gate ticket transactions into digital pre-purchases, drastically reduced venue wait times, and boosted seasonal pass renewals.
