Overview
The ClickUp workspace of ENOVUS Energy, built from its org chart and project flow, with pipelines for sales, project delivery, warranty service and marketing. Since August 2026 the website’s forms create leads in it directly.

The need
The company wanted one place to run a solar project from the first contact through procurement and installation to warranty and service. The structure had to follow the org chart and the project flow the team had mapped and talked through in a workflow meeting.
Four spaces
The flow became four ClickUp spaces. Sales holds the sales flow, connector product sales and later the website leads; Working Phase holds the energy project, procurement and installation; Warranty holds the warranty period, SOS tickets and planned service; Marketing holds promo materials.
Built by script
Lists, statuses, custom fields (38 in the main sales flow), views and Q2 2026 goals with key results were created by Node.js scripts against the ClickUp API, and test tasks were seeded across every status. Automation was kept to two planned triggers, payment done and installation complete. In August 2026 a Website Leads list with 12 fields began to receive the website’s lead, contact and calculator forms.
