Overview
A shared endpoint that lets any automation send system e-mail from a company mailbox in a template of the Ardi brand. It gives every automation one authenticated way to send, and a design that shows Georgian text reliably in the common mail clients.
The need
Automations had to notify sales managers, lawyers and requesters, but there was no shared, authenticated way to send from a company mailbox. Nor was there an e-mail design that matched the brand and showed Georgian text reliably.
What was built
A webhook protected by an API key accepts recipients, a subject and either plain text or a finished message. It builds the e-mail, embeds the logo inline, because mail clients do not show vector images, and sends it through the company’s mail system with app-only access.
The template
A table-based notification template in the brand palette: flat, no gradients, readable contrast, light and dark modes, and a font stack that is safe for Georgian. It has a fixed set of placeholders and default, warning and error variants, and stays light enough that no mail client clips it.
Result
In production, carrying the new-lead notifications to sales managers and the legal department’s registration and status e-mails.
